SHIPPING
Free shipping with US Postal Service. All in stock items ordered by 3:00PM Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM or on weekends or Holidays will ship the following business day. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, Small Treasures LP does not have control of how long it may take to get the package to you. If time is of the essence, then we suggest priority mail or overnight shipping at your cost. We also ship UPS ground, 2nd day and overnight at an additional fee.
For International Orders...due to the value, their may be duties or custom fees. These fees are not within Small Treasures LP control.
All US orders over $150.00 are shipped insured. This means a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is home to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a peach colored notice advising you to pick this package up at your post office. If you would like to ship to your business, please fill that into the ship to information on the order form.
RETURNS
All items purchased through Small Treasures come with a 100% guarantee. If your item arrives and it is defective, broken, or the wrong model, Small Treasures LP will issue a full refund of the purchase price once the item is returned.
